O’Shea’s Irish Pub will host a Vintage Motorcycle Show this evening, from 6 to 10 p.m.
There’s a growing trend of Millennials, Yuppies and Baby Boomers, of restoring bikes from the 60’s and 70’s and in many cases converting them to Cafe Cruisers.
The 60-70 period of motorcycling in the U.S. is not represented by Harley-Davidson type bikes. This era was dominated by Hondas and to a lesser degree Triumphs and BSA’s from Britain.
In attendance will be David Plotkin, a motorcycle historian and vintage bike collector whose personal collection extends back to motorcycles used during World War II.
