There’ll be free health screenings and hands-only CPR training  at the Palm Beach County Heart Walk this Saturday, Sept. 24, at the Meyer Amphitheater.

The 3-mile walk, which aims to raise more than 1 million to fight heart disease and stroke, draws nearly 12,000 people each year.

The free blood pressure screenings are courtesy of Wellington Regional Medical Center (WRMC), and free hands-only CPR training is courtesy of Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
